Refund Policy

Our promise
If a reading didn't work — the interpretation didn't generate, the site errored, or your credits weren't delivered — we'll refund your purchase in full. Just email us within 14 days of the transaction.
Unused credits
If you've purchased a reading package but haven't used any of the credits, we'll refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packages are refunded pro rata for the unused readings.
How to request
Email hello@mysterytarot.com from your account email, include the approximate purchase date, and a short reason. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Not eligible
We can't refund fully used packages or requests made after 30 days from purchase — but we still want to hear from you if something felt off.
